I couldn’t find an RSS feed (on the page, or in the source) for your blog, but I’d love to be able to keep updated on developments!

You’re right, our blog doesn’t currently have an RSS feed. It’s something I’m sure we’ll add in the future.
Meantime, we do publish an occasional email newsletter to Flat users about updates to the product. Since you’ve been using Flat, you should already be on it, though you may not have seen it yet, since we may not have issued a newsletter since you signed up. If you’d like to make sure you’re on the list, feel free to message me with your email address either here or privately at support@flat.app, and I’ll double-check.
