I just got error 500 from Zapier when it attempted to create a topic in the Firmware workspace.
Create Topic in Flat (1.2.0)
This Flat (1.2.0) step hit an error.

The app returned “500”.
I think I know what the problem was – I updated the workspace but not the stage so it was failing with the wrong slug for the stage
